Mango Honey Ice Cream

A refreshing homemade ice cream with fresh mango, sweet honey, and a touch of salt.
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chocolate
- ΒΌ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 ripe mangos, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Β½ cup cheese
- ice as needed
- Β½ cup water
- a pinch of salt
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine milk, chocolate, sugar, butter, cheese, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat until all the ingredients melt and blend smoothly.

In a blender, add the cooked mixture, diced mangos, honey, and water. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Halfway through churning, add ice as needed to maintain a creamy texture.

Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Serve chilled with additional mango slices or a drizzle of honey on top.
