Mango Honey Ice Cream

A refreshing homemade ice cream with fresh mango, sweet honey, and a touch of salt.
 
 Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chocolate
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 ripe mangos, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup cheese
- ice as needed
- ½ cup water
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1In a saucepan, combine milk, chocolate, sugar, butter, cheese, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat until all the ingredients melt and blend smoothly. 
- 2In a blender, add the cooked mixture, diced mangos, honey, and water. Blend until the mixture is smooth. 
- 3Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Halfway through churning, add ice as needed to maintain a creamy texture. 
- 4Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. 
- 5Serve chilled with additional mango slices or a drizzle of honey on top.
